Description: The cup is sweet and full-bodied with flavors of rum and cashews. There is a somewhat “boozy” quality to it that many of our employees have noted. A uniquely Brazilian coffee with a twist. Fazenda California is owned by Luis Rodrigues. The farm, originally an agronomy center for University of California, Davis (hence the name) had fallen into disrepair. Rodrigues bought the farm in 2004 and began to rehabilitate it- an endeavor that over a decade later rewards us all with this excellent coffee.
