Started in 1948 by Eugene Holly and now owned and operated by Ralph Cadwallader, Texas Groundwater Association Board of Directors (1984-1997) and past President of TGWA(1996), and son Jason Cadwallader, TGWA Board of Directors (2006 to present) and 2012 President of Texas Groundwater Assoc.
After starting work for Holly Water Wells in Ralph Cadwallader went on to purchase the company from Eugene Holly in May of 1980. Ralph then went on to start a second drilling company in 1983, Loop Tech, International which he still owns and opporates to date. Following in his father's footsteps Jason Cadwallader graduated from Baylor in 1998 and went on to follow him into business and has since co-owned and opporated the water well drilling business under the assumed name Holly Water Wells.
Holly Water Wells drills commercial, municipal, irrigation, and residential water wells of depths from 100'-3500' and from 4" to 24" in diameter. Holly Water Wells also has a service department that services wells of all depths, diameters, and production rates.
