Bellevue's first, locally-owned craft brewery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted ales and lagers. We brew on a two-vessel, 20 BBL system with 320 BBLs of fermentation capacity and 160 BBLs of bright tank capacity. Our annual brewing capacity is approximately 8,700 BBLs.
Our goal is to showcase the wonderful flavors and ingredients of Washington with local food, wine, cider, and brewing it local is good business.
