Dugan Foundation has achieved its original goal. Pierce County now has a 94% save rate at its largest shelter. Washington State is one of the most progressive states in the nation for animal welfare. We believe the movement is in good hands to help the animals. We have therefore decided to close our doors. Please continue to help the animals.
