The Los Angeles Model Railroad Society encourages both novice and experienced model railroaders to join our organization. No special talent or experiences is necessary, only an interest in model trains and a desire to learn.
Youths, ages 12 to 17, are encouraged to join as Junior Members. Regular LAMRS members are assigned to mentor every Junior Member.
Anyone who is interested in model railroading and would like to become a LAMRS member is encouraged to visit on any Tuesday night, (except the first Tuesday of the month) or contact us using one of the above methods for further information. On request, we will send an information brochure.
