We then give those companies the option to hire the talent directly or engage them through Pentad as a third party employer. 3PE® - THIRD PARTY EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS
When a client elects one of our third party employment solutions, Pentad handles recruitment, skills assessment testing, background checks and hiring. The on-site staff is employed by Pentad, not the client, so Pentad handles payroll, payroll related costs, benefits, vacation, and all the details of the employee/employer relationship, leaving our client with an easily managed and budgeted accounts payable function.
Our employees are regular employees of Pentad. They receive competitive wages and, when applicable, a benefit package that includes Medical Insurance (choices like Blue Cross, and AmeriHealth,) Life Insurance, Paid Prescriptions, Long Term Disability, Dental Insurance, Confidential Advisory Service, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and a Retirement Plan.

DIRECT HIRE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS
Pentad manages the entire recruiting process. This option provides all the benefits of a true search, a full recruiting service from sourcing; to screening; and face to face interviews, before we even present candidates, which ensures you are seeing the very best candidates the market has to offer in real time.
Pentad is a member of the American Staffing Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

BENEFITS:
The positions available at Pentad are full-time, permanent positions at competitive wages and with generous benefit packages, unless otherwise noted.

By the nature of our services, positions become available in one of two ways. You may be hired directly by Pentad to work as part of our corporate staff or to work in one of our Managed Support Service operations or, you may be hired directly by one of our clients and become their employee.
