Personalized and supervised weight training classes (6 -8 participants, max) are scheduled throughout each week. All of our programs can be modified to meet each individual's needs.
Weight training is not about "how much can you lift" but how you use "resistance training" (machines, free weights, and resistance bands) to maintain and slowly improve your upper body, core, and leg strength. We help you select the appropriate amount of resistance you should be working with and show you the proper technique before we move you on to a more challenging program.
