A Statement of Beliefs We believe God is the Creator of the universe. He is loving, present everywhere, is all knowing and all powerful.
We believe Jesus is the only begotten Son of God and that He gave his life as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world. He is the only way to God
We believe the Holy Spirit is the Comforter and Teacher, convincing people of the truth of Jesus' teachings and helping people to live righteously.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It tells about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit and gives instructions about how to live in ways that are pleasing to God.
We believe people can be righteous only through acceptance of Jesus as Savior. Being saved, people have a new standing before God and a new quality of life.
We believe that all who accept Jesus make up the Church, which exists to worship Him and make Him known.
We celebrate the sacraments of Communion (celebrating Jesus' sacrifice), Baptism (celebrating new life through Jesus), and foot washing (celebrating the humble service expected of followers of Jesus).
