Foster Care Case Management: Bringing Families Together provides contracted case management servies in cooperation with Missouri Department of Social Servies-- Children's Division to families and children involved with the foster care system. Families are linked to resources in their communities to enable them to safely reunify with their children who were placed in foster care.
Foster Family Development: BFT actively recruits. trains and licenses foster and adoptive family homes. Through the training program and the Spaulding training program, we provide families the knowledge and support they need to care for foster and adoptive children and teenagers placed in their homes.
Adoption Services: BFT provides private adoption services to families seeking international or domestic adoptions. Our services include adoption assessments and adoption assessment updates, as well as post-placement supervision services. Under our adoption Services program, we also provide guardianship suitability study services to families in Missouri who have privately petitioned for guardianship of a child.
Missouri First Steps Early Intervention BFT proves System Point of Entry services as well as coordinating ongoing services for those children who qualify for the Missorui First Steps program.
