The IMPACT! Group is nonprofit agency that provides a full range of housing aid to the residents of Gwinnett County and northeast Georgia. Based in Norcross, GA, we are proud to partner with a number of agencies, businesses, and individuals to help families in need avoid or overcome homelessness in our community.
The IMPACT! Group operates two core divisions that help families in different stages of need.
IMPACT! Transitional Housing provides subsidized housing and intensive case management to homeless families with children. The program is designed to give families the skills, time, and resources needed to permanently address the causes of their homelessness.
The IMPACT! Homeownership Center provides classes and free housing counseling to both homeowners and potential homebuyers. Our HUD-trained housing counselors work with families that are in danger of foreclosure or who are seeking to responsibly buy a home to help them navigate their options.
