The Community Free Clinic provides free medical care and pharmacy services to uninsured adults in Cabarrus County who lack the resources to pay for their healthcare. We do this with a combination of volunteer and paid medical professionals. The Clinic has collaborations with organizations such as CMC-NorthEast, Community Care Plan of Southern Piedmont, NC MedAssist, Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, Cabarrus County Dept. of Social Services, LabCorp, pharmaceutical patient assistance programs and medical specialists. These collaborations allow us to provide $11 of medical services for every $1 we spend.
