Our goal at Angel Haven is to have a developmentally appropriate program geared to meet the varying needs of the children involved. This means that we plan the environment and program to meet the changing needs of the growing and developing child. These needs may be different for different children of the same age , and while we must consider the needs of all of the children, each child is evaluated on an individual basis. We feel strongly that young children learn best by "DOING." Children are continuously challenged by specific learning goals that we have set for them. Our program is geared towads helping children develop habits of observation, questioning, exploring, listening, and choosing. All Lead teachers are certified. Every employee participates in on-going training in Early Childhood relevant subject matter. All employees have background checks. We are approved contractors for DFS and Early Headstart.
