To whom it may concern:

I have been practicing dentistry in Moorhead, Minnesota since 1984. I did not take the easy road coming out of Dental School because I opted to start a practice from scratch. Looking back, I feel proud and blessed because my practice has flourished beyond my expectations. This past year I brought an associate into my practice because the demand was there for another dentist in my practice.
It would be easy for one to pay themselves on the back and say "nice job" to yourself, but I realize that alot of other people have been a major factor in the success of my practice. Those people include receptionists, assistants, hygienists, and a good core of specialists to whom referrals are made.
I also feel the quality of work is key in patient satisfaction and so I am very thankful for the dental lab I work with. This is a constant because I have worked with only one dental lab the past nine years, Precision Dental Lab in Fargo, North Dakota.
I, by nature, feel that a product or service isn't worth much if you can't back it up. I always express this to my patients and in turn my dental lab always backs me up. It's a nice relationship to have and has been key to my success.
Doug Kappel has been my fixed prosthodontic technician since he and his partners opened Precision Dental Lab nine years ago. Ever since Doug made his first crown for me, no one has ever replaced him. I have recommended Doug's services to many of my friends who are dentists and I know they have been completely satisfied because they have told me so and have continued work with Doug.
As you are aware, my intent of this letter is to introduce you to Doug Kappel and to attest to the fact that he possesses unique talents as a fixed prosthetic technician. I also would like to attest to his good moral character and true concern for your satisfaction as well.
Even though we will miss Doug here in Northland, we will continue to work with him on our crowns, bridges, etc. Not even those long Texas miles can prevent that. I would suggest to you to give Doug a call as well.
Sincerely,
Dr. Tom G. Anderson,
