** Our Staff **
Dr. Elizabeth Murray received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University in 1996. She joined the team at West Market Veterinary Hospital in 2001. Her interests include medicine, surgery, and taking care of all the rabbits, ferrets, and rodents that we see. Outside of work, Dr. Elizabeth enjoys horseback riding on their farm, an occasional Motorcycle excursion, and quilting when she finds time. She is involved in two quilt guilds, her church choir, and the Knights Templar.

Dr. Ron Murray is originally from North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended North Carolina A&T State University where he performed his pre-veterinary work. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University. He purchased West Market Veterinary Hospital in 1998 after having worked there since 1990 and was a visiting lecturer at North Carolina A&T State University shortly thereafter. His interests include surgery, medicine, and mentoring veterinary students. Dr. Ron is a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders and the Knights Templar.

Dr. Elizabeth and Dr. Ron share their home with 1 cat, Dottie, 1 dog, Eve and 1 horse, Twilight.
