TAFB is a member of both Feeding America and Feeding Texas. We're the food distribution hub of a 13-county network on the west side of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Our network is comprised of hunger-relief agencies and social services centers and operates in Tarrant and 12 neighboring counties
As a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), we receive fresh, frozen and nonperishable food donated by the food industry and the community. From our 69,000-plus square-foot warehouse in downtown Fort Worth, we distribute donated product to our network that serves abuse victims, children, the elderly, the chronically ill, the unemployed, the working poor and other Texans in need.
