The NASSC is the world's largest amateur beach soccer festival held at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront across 20+ surfside blocks. The NASSC, hosted by the Hampton Roads Soccer Council (HRSC), is a 501(c)(3) charity event conducted for the development of the Hampton Roads Soccer Complex located in Virginia Beach, VA.
HRSC affiliate clubs include Beach FC, Virginia Rush, Southeastern Virginia Women's Soccer Association (SEVWSA), and Over-Thirty Soccer League (OTSL).
The NASSC main attraction is the " Open", a cash prize division for top men's and women's teams. This high-visibility competition is conducted in a beach stadium and is the focal point of the 24-block, 10,000+ player world’s premier pro/am beach soccer festival. Given its size and longevity, the Open is considered the National Pro Championship. The Open is conducted over three days.
