Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat for Humanity International was formed after Millard and Linda Fuller in 1976. Habitat for Humanity has built over 300,000 homes since its founding.
In January 2006, the affiliates in North Fulton, Cherokee, Forsyth, and Dawson Counties merged to form Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia to greater address the housing need in our growing community. Today Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia has built over 100 homes in North Fulton and over 190 throughout our entire area. We look forward to providing even more families “a hand up, not a hand out” for many years to come.
