The Normandy Park Cove is a private facility located in the City of Normandy Park. It is owned by approximately 2,000 families. To rent our facility, you must either be a “Lot A Owner” or know an owner who is willing to be present during your entire event to supervise your use of their property. Our owners are located in most of, but not all, of Normandy Park, and some are in Burien. We have no official connection to either City.
Our basic rental is for a 5 hour party, which is the time listed on your invitations. Your Lot A sponsor is required to be present during this entire 5-hour period. Five hours is our maximum party time. In addition to your paid rental time, you will be allowed early access the day of your event at no extra charge to decorate and prepare. Your sponsor does not need to be present during this time.
Our crew will set up our tables and chairs in the configuration you choose. We also will do the tear-down, sweeping and clean-up after your event. You must personally remove everything you have brought in.
Seating capacity is 250, which leaves plenty of room for food service, dancing, etc. We provide 8 x 2½ foot tables and padded folding chairs. Your rental is limited to the building and the immediate grounds surrounding the building. The beach is not available and is private property.
Prices vary depending on day of the week and whether or not you are a Lot A Owner.
