American Defensive Arts Academy has been providing practical self defense and martial arts training for adults and children in the Keller area since 2002. Students will learn powerful striking techniques from Tae Kwon Do and Karate Do as well as how to use an aggressor’s force against them with joint locks, take downs, and pins from Jujitsu, Aikido, and Hapkido.
