In 1998-2015 was a website for the city of Kemah. I was paid to do the day to day updating and maintenance however I, C. D. Worthington owned the domain. The City of Kemah, TX decided to do a city owned and maintained website and I decided to keep and the fb page too as a commercial website for marketing my Photography (© Photo by Claire, , ) and giving heads up about area business and lodging.
