What began as a small group meeting in church basements for potlucks and support has grown to an organization which serves 1 in 4 individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Minnesota!
As the first and only community drop-in center in the Upper Midwest for people living with HIV/AIDS, The Aliveness Project welcomes people of all backgrounds. Member services include an on-site hot meal program, food shelf, case management, integrative therapies such as acupuncture and massage, and health and wellness workshops. Members choose which programs they want to use, since we believe in the informed individual's right to decide the best way to handle his/her HIV.
Everything we do at The Aliveness Project is made possible by our wonderful volunteers, and over 1,600 people volunteered last year! Thank you for your support!
