The Grand Hand Gallery specializes in fine American craft and fine art by artists from across the , with a particular focus on artists from Minnesota and Northern California. The gallery was opened by owner Ann Ruhr Pifer in August, 2004 in St. Paul, MN. Our second location opened in June, 2012 in Napa, CA. The artwork featured in the gallery reflects Ann’s particular affinity for work that conveys a strong sense of authenticity — that shows “the hand of the artist” at work; the processes used to create each piece; and frequently the influence of the particular time or place in which the artist was working.
