The house is a gorgeous Queen Anne Victorian structure that has been built on almost 22 acres surrounded by beautiful hardwoods that make for some great wedding photographs. When looking inside of the 5,500 square foot mansion, you cannot help but notice the original hardwood floors and 12-foot high ceilings. The previous owners had the Brawley Estate restored, and it now has beautiful wood paneling, textured interior walls, and the outside has a fresh coat of paint. Upon arrival at The Brawley Estate, you will be greeted by a beautiful iron gate that is attached to a privacy fence. In addition, the grounds have been groomed by a professional landscaping company. The newest edition to The Brawley Estate is their beautiful pavilion. With its 3400 square feet of space and its highest peak 20 feet in the air, there is plenty of room for up to 250 people for both receptions and ceremonies.
