VNHELP was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1991 by a group of young professionals who wanted to use their resources and talents to improve the lives of disadvantaged people in Vietnam. Since then, VNHELP has grown into a vibrant organization that creates opportunities for Vietnamese people through a number of effective projects each year. All programs are bottom-up initiatives based on a keen understanding of the local culture.
