We are a family run motel with 15 rooms. We live on site and our office is open from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
Check in time is any time AFTER 3 pm. Check out time is BY 11 am.
**These times have been determined to allow our staff the necessary time to complete all maintenance and cleaning. Please plan your stay accordingly.**
Pets are allowed, however, we do not allow pets under a year old and ALL pets need to be kenneled when not accompanied by owners.
The pool is reserved for motel patrons only and we are unable to allow outside guests.
Our rooms are currently in the process of being upgraded, if you desire a fridge and microwave during your stay please make that request at the time of reserving your room so that Royal Oak may verify a room of that nature is available.
Royal Oak Inn does not currently have a cancellation policy, however, No Call No Shows will be notated and will affect future bookings.
Royal Oak Inn appreciates your understanding in the few rules we have had to implement. As we are a small motel and not a large chain, abiding by this simple list helps us immensely in providing a desirable stay.
