Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium (WLIC) is a multi-species initiative led by Wisconsin's livestock producers, in conjunction with the Wisconsin DATCP, the USDA, and the University of Wisconsin Extension Service. WLIC was founded to support and implement the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) in Wisconsin.
