ARCH is a regional coalition of service and affordable housing providers from the eight parishes of Region IV which include Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, and Vermilion. Our coalition is made up of over thirty organizations and individuals who work with or have an interest in helping the homeless. Our mission includes but is not limited to ensuring that there is available a seamless system of services to move individuals from the streets to independent permanent housing.
