Who We Are:

86° West, LLC is a Third Party service provider. We are a boutique company designed to meet the needs of the newly recruited executive families. We specialize in assisting executive and physicians and other professionals in finding the right home and extending our service to facilitate connections within the community for the entire family.

Our goal is to engage early, provide a white glove experience and facilitate acclimation activities. We welcome warmly, we own our processes and we navigate transitions.

We are female owned and operated. Our advisory committee is made up of a diverse group representing various cultures and ethnicity. We have the experience of others who have relocated to West Michigan. We live and support West Michigan community initiatives.
Members of The E-Con Club, HWM, GRAR, Experience GR, and certified as tourism ambassadors.

Gold standard Area Orientations, anticipate needs to make for a less stress relocation and integration into West Michigan. We work with the best and have created a case management model to ensure timely and responsive communication to you and to the new family, whether it be moving into West Michigan, moving out of West Michigan, or even moving within West Michigan.
