| Humans of Arkansas Tech | "After not fully grasping Chemistry during my pursuits in Biology, I looked for something that would combine my love of history, biology and anthropology. My buddy and I looked online and found a degree (at the time) was only a semester old: Cultural & Geospatial Studies. I switched my major that day and no offense to other departments, but we have the best professors, easily. Dr. Hagge, Dr. Lockyer, Dr. Wiewel--they all want to see us succeed. I have always wanted to travel. Anthropologists/archaeologists travel for a living and mapping with the GIS systems (a major part of my degree) could take me a lot of places. I'm not tech savvy at all but I'm really grasping and enjoying the mapping systems. You'd be amazed at all the applications of mapping and what you can do with maps. Until I changed my major, I really had no idea." -Seth, between Chambers & BazTech
