Founded in 1947 by the late Frank L. Gorsuch, Fairfield Homes, Inc. is recognized as a major developer of single family homes and subdivisions, commercial construction, historic restorations, and multifamily housing.

For the needs of our commercial clients, Gorsuch Construction Co., established in 1998, takes great pride in our ability to provide the best in client services and quality construction. Our expertise and achievements include development and construction of warehouses, multiple story senior and family apartment communities, office buildings, banks, nursing homes, recreation facilities, veterinary clinics, medical facilities, retail shops, law offices, hospice facilities, and numerous historic renovations.
Gorsuch Management, a division of Fairfield Homes, Inc., was founded in 1957 for the purpose of managing Single-Family rental properties constructed by Fairfield Homes. Since that time Gorsuch Management has expanded the organization to provide management services to three segments of the housing industry, including Affordable Multi-Family Housing, Senior Housing, and Conventional Multi-Family Housing. This diversity allows Gorsuch Management to combine its experience and expertise in the management of a variety of Affordable Housing programs at both the state and federal levels. Our management team utilizes their comprehensive knowledge of the regulations imposed by HUD, Rural Development, Assisted Housing Services Corporation, and Ohio Housing Finance Agency, as well as the requirements of our syndicator, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. Our strong reputation and close relationships with these regulatory agencies and the referrals of such has allowed Gorsuch Management to successfully obtain the management of numerous apartment communities, which are owned by other development firms. Gorsuch Management is dedicated to meeting the needs and providing the highest level of service to our residents.

Today Gorsuch Management is a leader in Central Ohio in providing management services to affordable housing communities. We currently manage more than 85 HUD Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Rural Development, and Conventional properties, consisting of over 3,500 apartments within the state of Ohio. In order to adequately service these communities, Gorsuch Management employs a qualified staff of 5 Regional Directors, approximately 58 Community Managers, 55 maintenance persons and 5 Community Auditors.
