Larissa Evans, Mary Her and Andrew Lamb graduated from Como Senior High on June 6. They were part of Como’s Academy of Finance program, one of the district’s signature career academies, funded through Travelers and the federal Youth Career Connect grant. Next fall all three of them will attend Saint Paul College (SPC) and participate in the Travelers EDGE program.

Twelve SPPS schools have been recognized by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) as 2016-17 Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) Sustaining Exemplar schools.

The jury's verdict in the Officer Jeronimo Yanez trial may bring strong emotions for those who knew and cared for Philando Castile. This is a tragedy that impacts many people and lives in our community were forever changed.
