ASA Facebook Page Terms of Use

1. ASA’s content removal policy.
ASA will remove from its Facebook page any content that it, in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful or violate the Facebook Statement Rights of Responsibilities, including content that is bullying, intimidating, harassing, false or misleading, malicious, discriminatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually related, inappropriate, irrelevant, commercial in nature, or otherwise not in ASA’s best interests.

2. ASA’s policy for terminating/limiting user access to its Facebook page.
ASA may, with or without prior written notice, terminate or limit a user’s access to its Facebook page if ASA, in its sole discretion, believes the user’s actions to be unlawful, in violation of the Facebook Statement Rights of Responsibilities, or otherwise not in ASA’s best interests. ASA may, in its sole discretion, terminate or limit a user’s access to its Facebook page if the user posts content that is not permitted according to its content removal policy.
