We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center licensed for 155 patients and residents. Upon admission, our professional staff of nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers will coordinate a program of services to meet our residents' and family members' needs. While in Emerson Health Care Center, an interdisciplinary team will meet to provide a personal continuum of care on a weekly basis.
Emerson Health Care Center is directed by a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and functions under the professional supervision of personnel experienced in health care administration, registered nurses, licensed rehabilitation therapists, registered dieticians, and licensed social workers.
Our center offers a full time professional nursing staff and skilled intermediary care for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs. We offer an excellent recreation program providing physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual stimulation to meet the individual needs of all residents. Our recreation therapists deliver an inviting array of activities designed to provide enrichment, enjoyment, and entertainment for all cognitive and physical levels. Appropriately, designated smaller group sessions are also held to meet the needs of residents that are cognitively or memory impaired.
