Rafe Banks III and Robert S.(“Beau”) Stubbs III of the Cumming law firm Banks & Stubbs, LLP take great pleasure in announcing that R. Parker McFarland of the law firm McFarland and McFarland will be merging their practices effective July 1, 2015 and will continue to practice law as Banks, Stubbs & McFarland, LLP.

Rafe Banks is a former District Attorney of the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit, Beau Stubbs is former County Attorney for Forsyth County and Parker McFarland was voted “Best Criminal Lawyer” by 70,000 voters in this year’s Forsyth County News “Best of Forsyth” edition.

Banks & Stubbs, LLP was established in 1991 by Rafe Banks and Beau Stubbs and McFarland & McFarland was founded in 1979 by Robert (“Bob”) P. McFarland, Sr. Bob’s son, Parker McFarland, became a partner in 2002.
