You name it and we have probably sold it! How Items Are Sold
Typically, all items are sold in the same fashion as your local lumber yard. For example, flooring is sold by the square foot, trim by the lineal foot, windows and doors by the piece. However, this may be the standard, it is at the auctioneers discretion as to how items are sold.

Make certain to LISTEN TO THE AUCTIONEER!! They will detail exactly how an item will be sold before beginning the sale of an item. Whenever in doubt, ask the auctioneer any questions before they begin selling. Please understand that once the auctioneer declares an item sold, responsibility lies with the buyer. We do our best at Paranzino Brothers Auctioneers to supply the best possible security at each exit, however, if an item(s) is missing, the buyer is required to pay in full for the item as it was sold.
