Nathan D. Pace has been a partner at Mack & Pace since 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1990, and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1993. His practice emphasis is civil and criminal litigation. Nathan has done extensive post-graduate training in mediation and conflict resolution methods. His preferred case management practice emphasizes a solution-based conflict resolution model. He is a frequent guest speaker at events on a wide variety of subjects including conflict resolution, ethics in law, honor in advocacy, and law office management. Nathan has been a barrister with the Rex E. Lee chapter of the American Inns of Court since 1999. He has served as a City Council Member, is active in the republican party, and in efforts that endorse business and economic development. He has served on the Board of Bar Examiners, and as a Judge Pro Tempore for ten years. He lived for two years in Spain, is fluent in Spanish, and maintains an active Spanish-speaking clientele. Nathan is married to Margaret Watson Pace, is the father of six children, two cats, a dog, and several horses, and resides happily in his home town of Medina, New York.
