As the name implies, KECdesign (Kitchen Equipment Contractor) works at the start of the build out to help owners plan and manage a commercial kitchen project to specification. This could include preparing a CAD design for a ground-up project; working with general contractors and subs, remodeling a full scale kitchen/dining room; refreshing a chain concept; consolidating equipment; and/or providing installation services. KEC uses an online database resource for generating equipment specifications, mechanical information and pricing with pictures to prepare the project. All projects are designed by foodservice equipment professionals with the latest technology to produce a quality design.
