CenterPoint was incorporated in December 2003. It was formed and is currently owned by the existing senior management team. The central assets upon formation were considerable. CenterPoint purchased the client list and certain physical assets from a company no longer in existance. With it came a complete team of employees with depth and bredth of experience, as well as a considerable platform of customer relationships. The new company was a success from the start and remains a success to this day, a full 10 years later.
