Launched in 2004, the Constituent Gateway was the first “E-Newsletter” product specifically offered to elected officials. Since its introduction to the US Congress in 2004, the Constituent Gateway has been adopted as the primary method of mass email contact over other systems. Today, there are over 200 Members of Congress who use the Constituent Gateway for sending email, conducting virtual and telephone town halls, accessing critical data or managing website content.

Innovation is at the heart of iConstituent’s success. In 2010, we introduced the Constituent Vault, a fully integrated data-warehouse and e-newsletter system. With the Constituent Vault, clients obtain new email addresses on a monthly basis, eliminating yearly acquisitions of email files. Additionally, the Constituent Gateway is fully integrated with virtual town hall technology, thus providing different ways to communicate with more sophisticated audiences. Recently, we introduced powerful social sharing tools and are developing other powerful applications that promise to elevate constituent communications.
