As a service to the broader community we provide a Facebook page to promote positive dialogue between the public and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. We designed our Facebook page to respect other people's rights in the social media arena … when the public – ‘you’- interacts with our Facebook page we expect you to do the same.

This information explains Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ rights to remove, hide, ban, and/or mark any Content as ‘spam’ that is posted to our Facebook page if we deem that Content inappropriate to our goal to create a positive dialogue between you and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

1. You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights and/or otherwise violates the law.

Without notice, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices can remove any Content you post to our Facebook page that contains (1) a request to sell goods and/or services, (2) hate speech, profanity, or bullying language, and/or (3) language that personally attacks or is derogatory in tone or speech towards any individual(s) of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices or others we may mention on our Facebook page. We also may remove any Content without notice and for any other reason, in our sole discretion.

4. To express a concern you have about Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, you may write us using the ‘Message’ function on our Facebook.
Without notice, the Content on our Facebook page, and this Facebook Terms of Use Statement, is subject to change or updating by us at any time. The changes may include superseding the Facebook Terms of Use Statement or specific notices.

YOU SHOULD REVIEW THIS FACEBOOK TERMS OF USE STATEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME TO BE AWARE OF ANY CHANGES MADE.
