Space Oddities is a bookstore and gallery in Humboldt Park, Chicago.
We carry a carefully curated selection of paintings, drawings, and other artwork by Chicago based artists. We stock new and used books spanning a broad variety of subjects including art and design, comic books, the occult, sci-fi/fantasy, UFOs, and ancient myth, as well as children's literature. We stock ceramics, locally made jewelry, Tarot decks, altar candles, zines, small sculptures, etc. We stock things to shock, things to amuse, and books to read.
We also hold book clubs, readings, workshops, release parties, art openings, and offer Tarot readings by appointment.
