BTSD is a member temple of the Buddhist Churches of America (BCA). . We follow the teachings of Gautama Buddha as interpreted by Shinran Shonin, the founder of our sect.
FAMILY SERVICE is offered most Sundays at 10 , and includes meditation, sutra chanting, recitation, gathas (songs), and a Dharma talk for the youth. The service is followed by DHARMA SCHOOL (Nursery through High School) held in adjacent classrooms while a Dharma talk for adults is given in the Hondo (Main Hall) followed by discussion.
