We are located in Walton Kentucky, just off the Richwood exit, just one exit south of Mnt. Zion, Within a few miles from Florence, Independence, Erlanger, Union and Dry Ridge Kentucky (KY). We vary the intensity of each session based on the individual’s ability. Triple Crown Crossfit & Striking also offers the very best in training supplements & cool athletic wear.
