Our facility is located in Ashby, Minnesota, approximately fourteen miles east of Fergus Falls, in the beautiful Minnesota lake country. It is situated in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Ashby, a charming community with nearby medical services.
The center is designed to create a home environment with a welcoming high ceiling great room, fireplace, community TV and game room, kitchen and well-appointed dining. Each room has a spacious bedroom and TV room with a kitchenette and a private handicap accessible bathroom. Year round indoor and outdoor activities are designed to be a part of your Ashby Living Center experience.
