Affinity Hospice was established in 2010 in Angelina County by Texans for Texans! Since that time, we've grown to a staff of nearly 100 and serve hundreds of families in East and Southeast Texas. Our corporate philosophy is to provide good, stable employment for local people, following our mission, vision, and ministry of providing the same professional and compassionate hospice care that we would want our own families to receive. We believe that God will continue to bless the work of our hands if we seek in earnest to help His people who are hurting. We strive daily to MAKE EVERY MOMENT MATTER for our patients and their families.
