All of residential services can be scheduled at weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly intervals to fit into your schedule and the needs of your pool. With our full service program, every one of our visits will include: 

• Testing and adjusting the chemical balance
• Testing and adjusting disinfectant levels
• Debris removal from pool or spa and vacuum
• Full inspection for leaks, clogs, and any other malfunctions
• Setting timers in accordance with your requests or as required by law
•  As always, our service will end by properly locking any door or gates

What Does That Mean For Me? 

You might be asking yourself "That sounds great, but what does all that mean for me"? Our full-service team will come out to your pool at your convenience and make sure that your pH levels are maintained between 7.2 and 8.0, and that your Free Chlorine levels will be at least 1.0 ppm (parts per million). We will scrub the sides and bottom of your pool or spa to remove all slime, dirt, algae, and limescale deposits. Additionally, all strainers will be cleaned during each visit and if any damage is identified, repair estimates will be sent prior to repairs being performed. All this is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with EVERY service visit.

No matter if you run an apartment or condo, mobile home park, hotel, retail center, commercial office, or golf course, Ed Guzz is fully licensed, certified, and insured to provide full maintenance for your pool. We will work with you to develop a maintenance program that includes routine maintenance and preventative care. Every service is designed to maintain water chemistry, cleanliness and safety, along with ensuring the safety and longevity of the pool itself.  All chemicals needed are included in your monthly service fee unless otherwise noted, including (but not limited to) chlorine, muriatic acid, and soda ash.

Our services cover routine maintenance, are scheduled weekly and include the following services: 

• Maintaining chemicals and quality in accordance to Riverside County Health Care Agency standards, adding additional chemicals if necessary.

• Monitoring chemical feeding systems to test and confirm proper balance and disinfectant levels.

• Vacuuming and brushing of all debris, removing all dirt and harmful deposits.

• Brushing waterline, seating areas, steps, and walls.
•Maintaining equipment and chemical rooms.

• Inspecting equipment and signs.

• Providing advice about upgrading, repairing or replacing pool equipment.

And as always, we will make sure to properly close and lock any service doors and/or gates to ensure the safety and security of your business.
