Cancellations/No-Show Policy: Cancellation Policy Time is valuable in all of our lives. Not only do cancelled and missed appointments affect our therapist’s income, they limit appointment availability for all of our clients. We respectfully request you to honor this policy for everyone’s benefit.
We require a 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Less than 24 hour notice or Missed appointment- Full service fee will be charged Gift Certificates will be voided for missed appointments.
