In honor of #EarthDay this week, Apache is expanding its successful AIM FOR ZERO WASTE recycling program. https://t.co/j7ZW5X42mR

After successfully implementing it in our Houston headquarters, Apache is pleased to announce an expanded recycling program in the Midland office starting this week. Offices that participate in AIM FOR ZERO WASTE take a variety of steps to integrate the program, including providing labels and signage on kitchen receptacles to easily identify and encourage recycling throughout the office. This effort makes recycle bins available in each office and cube for paper recycling. Additionally, every office employee who commits to recycling by signing the pledge to AIM FOR ZERO WASTE will receive a tumbler for personal use. The initiative has the added benefit of phasing out Styrofoam cups in the office. Visitors and guests will now have access to recyclable paper cups and reusable mugs. Part of Apache’s commitment to our employees, and our community, is to make an effort to be a good steward of the environment. This initiative aligns with Apache’s core value to derive benefit from the earth and take our environmental responsibility seriously. Apache has nominated an internal GREEN TEAM for each office, which has been an integral part of getting this program up and running. The team is looking forward to the big kickoff event at the end of this week to celebrate #EarthDay. #Apache #GreenTeam #EarthDay
