The business was started in 1921 by Ray J. White and he was later followed by the "Sons" John White and Bob White. The company is now owned and operated by the grandson of the founder, Dick White who has been with the company since 1991. Dick attended and graduated from both the University of Idaho and Harvard Business School and has been a licensed broker since 1974. Prior to joining Ray J. White & Sons Dick lived in Houston for 20 years where he started his real estate career working in commercial real estate, leasing and land development. He is licensed in Idaho, Washington and Texas and has an office in McCall, Idaho.
