The Lymphatic System The lymphatic System is the least know part of the circulatory system. It works closely with the cardiovascular system to transport a liquid called “Linfa” throughout the body. It also helps to undergo an essential function for the body defenses. The lymphatic massage is very soft and painless where the therapist uses his hands and fingers to put pressure on the nodes. The technique is designed to move, improve and stimulated the flow of toxins and liquid accumulates in the body. This, in turn, prepares the tissues for before and after surgery or for such aesthetics like liposuction, liposculpture, tummy tuck, Brazilian gluteous, arms surgery, face lifts among others, thus helping the body to suffer less paint, less inflammation and more success in recovery. The lymphatic massage also represent effective alternative to combat cellulites because it prevents liquid retention and helps dissipate fat deposits in the body. It's recommended for all types of patients over 13 years of age because it has different benefits. It helps to detoxify the body, combat muscular pains, edema and inflammation, varicose veins or hematomas reducing leg fatigue. It improves concentration; reduce tension and anxiety, hypertension, headaches insomnia, rheumatic process, migraines and vertigo. It also helps with chronic diseases related to the respiratory tract such as bronquitis, colds, and flu. The massage must be done by a doctor or aesthetician certified in lymphatic therapy.
